Working for a large Investment Bank in London. Our client requires the expertise of an experienced Programme Analyst. Providing support to the EMEA Programme Management through delivery of key reporting and project control processes. This includes weekly and monthly scheduled meetings. Data may be financial, issue and risk management, and status updates. Programme tracking and reporting. Providing Senior Global Programme Support with detailed and accurate MIS to assist decision-making. Work with Global MIS Analyst to ensure that EMEA data is included as appropriate in the deployment of automated reporting mechanisms for continual management and tracking of tasks and activities. Develop processes, methodologies and best practices to create greatest value for the Programme. Keen organization to ensure collation of data across the regions and varying levels of WOI programme management essential to succeed in this position. Advanced MS Office skills are essential, including Excel, Access and Powerpoint. Strong communication and presentation skills. A background in a project management environment and project management processes is advantageous.
